Pilates - women Stretching


Pilates is about supporting you to stay strong, happy and healthy so that you can tackle whatever life throws at you. 


Classes are mat based, incorporate the classical Pilates principles and will help you build muscle strength and tone while improving flexibility and posture. 


My beginners Pilates class is designed to support you to grow in confidence as you learn the basic exercises and breathing techniques. 


Pilates sessions are also available on a 1:1 and small group basis.
