Pilates - women Stretching


Pilates is about supporting you to stay strong, happy and healthy so that you can tackle whatever life throws at you. 


Classes are mat based, incorporate the classical Pilates principles and will help you build muscle strength and tone while improving flexibility and posture.  My beginners to improvers class is designed to support you to grow in confidence as you learn the basic exercises and breathing techniques. 

Classes are held online on Tuesday at 6.45pm and are recorded and issued afterwards, should you not be able to join the live class. Classes cost £28 per month. 

Pilates sessions are also available on a 1:1 and small group basis.
